The therapeutic relationship is a safe space to get support with impactful life events such as marriage, divorce, death, the birth of a child, or the exploration of relational patterns. My goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment to process life’s challenges and create a plan for moving toward a healthier, more balanced path. My therapeutic style is relational, solution focused, kind, and direct. As a fellow human, I understand life’s challenges and am on this journey with you.
